Terms of service

These terms are maintained by the InsureOS operator and govern access to this workspace.
Acceptable use
You may only contact leads who have opted in to communications, in line with applicable telemarketing, email and SMS regulations (TCPA, GDPR / UK GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL etc.). You are responsible for confirming consent before triggering outreach.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it strictly to provide the service.
Service availability
The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may interrupt service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in line with the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction, as specified in your order form.
