Privacy policy

This page is maintained by the InsureOS operator to explain how personal data is processed inside this workspace. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, hashed password (if signing in with email/password), and the workspace(s) you belong to.
• Lead data — names, contact details, consent status and product interest for prospects you import or ingest via integrations.
• Activity data — interactions, appointments, sequences, audit events.

How we use it

To operate the CRM features you have configured: scoring, routing, outreach via your connected providers, reporting, and compliance audit trails.

• Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, auth)
• Lovable AI Gateway (lead scoring & content suggestions)
• Any messaging / telephony / calendar provider you connect under Integrations

Retention

Lead and interaction data is retained for the lifetime of the workspace. You may delete individual lead PII at any time via Right to be forgotten on the lead page. Audit log entries are retained for 7 years to support regulatory review.

Your rights

Workspace admins can export, rectify or erase personal data on request. Email the operator listed in your contract for data-subject requests.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is gated by row-level security policies scoped to your workspace. Service-role credentials are not exposed to browser code.
